Trade Between Egypt and Estonia Hits $26.5 Million in First Nine Months of 2024

Trade between Egypt and Estonia has surged to $26.5 million in the first three quarters of 2024, according to a recent report from Egypt’s official statistics agency, CAPMAS.

Egyptian exports to Estonia amounted to $3.5 million, a slight decline from $3.6 million during the same period in 2023. On the other hand, Egypt’s imports from Estonia increased significantly, reaching $23 million, up from $18.9 million in the previous year.

Additionally, remittances sent by Egyptians working in Estonia rose to $610,000 in the 2022/2023 fiscal year, compared to $549,000 the year before. Meanwhile, remittances from Estonians working in Egypt decreased to $223,000, down from $254,000 in the previous fiscal period.
