Israeli Forces Block Palestinian Civilians Returning to North Gaza, Resulting in Fatal Shootings

On Friday, Al Arabiya reported that Israel is obstructing the return of Palestinian civilians to the northern region of Gaza, resorting to lethal force against those attempting to do so. Tragically, three civilians lost their lives as they walked along Salah Al-Din street, with the intent to head northward in the Strip.

These attacks occurred amid an ongoing humanitarian pause that spans the first day of a scheduled four-day cessation. Despite the declared period of respite, Israeli aggression against civilians persists, raising concerns about the safety and well-being of the Palestinian population.

The toll of the 48-day Israeli offensive on Gaza has been devastating, with the loss of over 15,000 innocent lives and injuries exceeding 31,000, underscoring the dire humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region.
