Erbil-based Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) is set to dispatch vital humanitarian aid to the besieged residents of Gaza, according to statements made by its leader, Musa Ahmed, on Wednesday.
Ahmed revealed that the aid, totaling over 100 tons of medicine, food, and clothing, is slated to reach the Gaza Strip by air on Friday. “In our Kurdish culture, it’s a moral obligation to support our brothers in Palestine,” he emphasized.
Given the ongoing conflict between Israeli forces and Hamas, the foundation aims to provide much-needed assistance to Gaza, where the population is grappling with relentless bombardment.
