Egypt’s Agricultural Exports Surge by 24.6% to $3.566 Billion in 2022/23 Season

According to a monthly report from the Agriculture Export Council, Egypt’s agricultural exports experienced a robust growth of 24.6%, reaching $3.566 billion in the 2022/23 season compared to $2.860 billion in the previous season.

The report further revealed a notable increase of 29.2% in exported crops, totaling 5.669 million tons, up from 4.385 million tons in the prior season. Citrus fruit exports specifically reached 1.987 million tons during the current session.
