The third edition of the Egyptian Women’s Summit is set to host its first women’s employment fair, themed “Empowering Women for Empowering Egypt,” on March 3-4, with the auspices of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.
Organized by the Top 50 Women Forum in collaboration with the Egyptian National Council for Women (NCW) and with the valuable support of the European Union, the job fair will bring together government entities, leading economic and financial corporations, academic institutions, and specialized consulting firms in the employment sector.
The primary objective of the fair is to present employment opportunities for women and younger generations while offering advanced training and programs aligned with global best practices.
Dina Abdel Fattah, Founder of the Top 50 Women Forum, highlighted the significance of the employment fair as a key event within this year’s Summit. She emphasized its focus on enhancing career paths for graduates and university students by showcasing the experiences of successful leaders and inspiring models to understand the mechanisms of professional success, serving as inspiration for future generations.
Additionally, the fair will feature presentations and discussions on training and qualification programs for women, aiming to pave the way for their involvement in vital sectors across the country.
