Egyptian Junior Business Association Strengthens Ties with Hong Kong-MENA Chamber of Commerce

The Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB) took a significant step towards enhancing cooperation and trade opportunities by signing a cooperation agreement with the Hong Kong-MENA Chamber of Commerce on Monday.

Bassam El-Shanawany, Chairman of the EJB board, highlighted that the collaboration with the Hong Kong-MENA Chamber would not only strengthen ties but also create favorable conditions for joint investments and open new avenues for investors seeking to engage in African trade through Egypt.

In response to the agreement, the EJB is assembling a delegation comprising member companies from diverse industries. The delegation aims to explore export and import possibilities, boost Egyptian exports, and facilitate bilateral meetings between entrepreneurs from both countries, as conveyed by Mohamed Abou Basha, EJB Secretary General.

The signing ceremony witnessed the participation of key figures, including El-Shanawany, Amr El-Henawy (President of the Chamber), Mohamed Abou Basha (EJB Secretary General), and Board Members Salma Al-Kadeem and Mohamed Sabah. The agreement sets the stage for increased collaboration and mutual economic benefits for entrepreneurs in Egypt and Hong Kong.
