On the other hand, EGX 70 showed a positive trend, surging by 0.16 percent and gaining 5.77 points, reaching a value of 3,536.69. It recorded a day high value of 3,551.91 and a day low value of 3,530.92.
However, EGX 30 Capped witnessed a decline of -0.65 percent, losing 138.56 points to reach a value of 21,226.50. The index recorded a day high value of 21,445.01 and a day low value of 21,212.39.
