EGX 70 soared by 1.17 percent to 2,996.60, gaining 34.56 points. The index recorded a day-high value of 2,997.29 and a day-low value of 2,962.04.
EGX 30 Capped climbed by 0.50 percent to 20,140.09, gaining 113.17 points. It recorded a day-high value of 20,234.69 and a day-low value of 20,026.59.
The Egyptian Exchange market cap gained around 2 billion EGP today.
