Dubai’s Most Expensive House, The Marble Palace, Hits Market for $204 Million

Dubai, known for its luxurious real estate, has witnessed the listing of a property that has taken opulence to new heights. The Marble Palace, dubbed the most expensive house in Dubai, has been put on the market by Sotheby’s International Realty for a staggering $204 million, as reported by CNN Business.

Located in the prestigious Emirates Hills neighborhood, The Marble Palace stands as an architectural marvel, spanning over 70,000 square feet. Its interior design draws inspiration from the grandeur of the Renaissance and Baroque eras, presenting a truly magnificent living space.

Expressing his enthusiasm, George Azar, CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty in the UAE, stated, “We’re so excited to bring this listing to the market. It is a testimony to the forward-thinking and innovative approach to property design that is rippling across Dubai.”

The creation of The Marble Palace was a labor of artistry and devotion, involving over 70 skilled artisans who dedicated more than nine months to adorn the property with 700,000 sheets of gold leaf, lending an exquisite touch to its grandeur.

The house boasts remarkable features, starting with its first floor, which houses a magnificent formal dining room. Serving as the centerpiece of the property, the room showcases an expansive coral reef installation and a crystal dining table, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Further adding to its allure, The Marble Palace showcases 160 marble columns, two hand-carved glass domes, a serene koi pond, an indoor pool, a steam room, a sauna, and even a 24-carat gold jacuzzi. For fitness enthusiasts, it offers a spacious 2,153-square-foot techno gym space. Additionally, the property includes a generous 16-car garage to accommodate the most discerning car collectors.

The lavish residence comprises a primary bedroom spanning an impressive 3,875 square feet, along with a mini-primary room and three guest bedrooms. Interested buyers also have the option to add up to eight supplemental rooms, tailoring the mansion to their specific needs.

With its prime location overlooking a golf course and offering stunning views of the iconic Burj Khalifa, The Marble Palace has undoubtedly secured its position among the world’s priciest residences. It joins the ranks of other extravagant properties such as the $250 million Central Park Tower penthouse and a 205-year-old mansion in London valued at $300 million.

The listing of The Marble Palace serves as a testament to Dubai’s unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries in architectural design and showcasing unparalleled luxury in the global real estate market.
