Cairo, Egypt – Banque du Caire, one of Egypt’s largest state banks, celebrated the first batch of graduates from its Fast Track Programme on Friday.
The Fast Track Programme, implemented by BdC, is designed to help exceptional staff members develop the necessary skills for accelerated career growth. The initiative aims to empower and encourage talented individuals by providing them with opportunities for rapid promotion and advancement within the organization.
The 45 graduates of the programme have experienced an unprecedented boost in their careers, thanks to the accelerated promotion scheme implemented by the bank. These exceptional individuals were carefully selected through a rigorous and comprehensive selection process, which included various testing methodologies.
Tarek Fayed, the chairman of Banque du Caire, highlighted the significance of the Fast Track Programme as part of an integrated plan developed by the bank to support young talents. The program encompasses comprehensive training processes and prepares participants for specialized roles across various sectors within the bank.
