Commenting on the occasion, Dina Abdel Fattah – Editor-in-Chief of Amwal Al Ghad Magazine and President of the Award Ceremony – stated:
“Despite a series of global challenges for some time now, several institutions and companies in Egypt have reported impressive successes throughout 2022 and the first quarter of 2023 in terms of financial and operational indicators. As such, Amwal Al Ghad Award Ceremony honours meritorious and outstanding achievements made by both public and private economic sectors.”
“Celebrating individual and governmental success gives proof of what’s possible, and inspiration to those looking to make a difference in challenging times.” Abdel Fattah added.
Since 2015, Amwal Al Ghad, Egypt’s most authoritative economic and business magazine, has been releasing the first official classification made for companies and women achievers across various economic sectors in the country. The classification, made in coordination with Prime Securities, is assessing the companies’ financial indicators, including revenues, net profit, market value, and total assets. The results, which will be announced during the award ceremony, aim to reflect sustained efforts to improve the market performance under the government’s ambitious economic reform plans.
